Our Story

"How it all began.."My friend and I were sitting outside of a coffee shop one summer morning in Brooklyn, NY as we watched customers stroll in and out of the neighboring beauty salon to schedule appointments; we realized this wasn't very efficient. After some thought, we both came to the conclusion that online scheduling would tremendously benefit prospective customers and businesses regardless of the type of service they provide. We imagined a user-friendly system that brought hassle-free scheduling to customers' fingertips, providing them with a real-time calendar and timely reminders. On top of that, it would significantly reduce the amount of time businesses spent scheduling appointments without compromising reliability or accuracy. No more busy signals and no more waiting; ClickAppointments.com would instantly schedule appointments and provide convenience to both businesses and users.

We spent a few weeks surveying customers and a diverse range of businesses. Those surveyed unanimously agreed that if done properly, an online appointment scheduling system would be a great benefit. Here we are today bringing our idea to fruition.
